I'm cool with all writing POVs and with interactive fiction/CYOA/drabbles/whatever format you'd like to use.

1. The Evil Dead (1981)
Character: Deadite Tree
The original Evil Dead tree rape scene is my favorite part of that movie (and the whole trilogy). Hopefully if you offered this fandom (with the tree being the only nominated character, haha) we're on the same page about that! :D
I'd love to see an extended version of that scene, or have Ash attacked by the tree instead, or pretty much anything else involving tree rape. I'd be happy with something totally horrific or with something more cracky in the vein of the 2nd and 3rd movie's increased campy slapstick if you prefer that. (Not really interested in comfort/recovery, though.)
Of the Evil Dead canon I've seen the original trilogy and read some of the comics (but don't really remember them) but I haven't seen the 2013 Evil Dead remake (I did watch the updated tree rape scene but didn't care for it) or the new Ash vs Evil Dead series. So if you want to reference other parts of the original trilogy that's cool, but prefer no references to other media from the franchise beyond that.
Some ideas:
-Cheryl doesn't escape from the tree
-The tree attacking Ash
-Inserting the Deadite tree into the 2nd or 3rd film instead and having it attack someone there
-A day in the life of a Deadite rape tree

2. The Folly of the World
Character: Sander Himbrecht
Weird historical horror fiction set in Holland in the 1400s, with eerie atmosphere, political drama, and lots of eels.
I love creepy weird stuff and this book has plenty of that. I really like the eerie flooded area in the first part of the book, the lost/distorted memories, the inexplicable feelings of "wrongness"/things their brains couldn't quite comprehend, and the unresolved ending. Also especially love all the betrayal of trust in this book!! (Both the partner betrayal between Jan and Sander and Jan's manipulation of Jolanda.) Would love more creepy weirdness or just weird porn. Prefer no h/c: I just want hurt, not comfort. I requested Sander but I'm also cool with Jan/Jolanda (and you needn't include him if you write that instead).
Some ideas:
-Jan/Sander rough sex with rope bondage, breathplay, maybe snuff or threats of snuff
-More Jan molesting Jolanda & fucking with her head sexually/otherwise
-Weird eel porn: eels as tentacle porn, eel insertion, eel inflation, eel bondage, eel horrorterrors, etc
-Sander & the "Belgians": body horror, maybe a noncon monster gangbang
-Amputation porn: with Sander's hand, or maybe post-canon Jan finds him and cuts more parts off (or Sander hallucinates that)

3. Mob Psycho 100
Characters: Mob, Ritsu
Really loved the dynamic between these brothers in this anime, and would love to see a fic further exploring their relationship, especially incest shipfic!
I am up-to-date on the manga scanlations but either a manga-based or an anime-only fic is fine. I obsessively rewatched all the Mob/Ritsu parts from episodes 8-10 several dozen times, if that helps, haha. Also for this fandom if you write h/c the comfort part is totally welcome!
Aside from Mob/Ritsu my fave supporting characters are the body improvement club, so involving them somehow would be a bonus (but of course not necessary). And I don't dislike any characters from this anime/manga if you want to include others.
Some ideas:
-Getting together fic (fluffy, angsty, or however you wanna do it)
-I can't stop thinking about which half of what Ritsu said in episode 8 is true
-Mob finally experiences some body improvement; Ritsu has a horrified "oh no he's hot" realization
-Christmas-themed fic

-Shou finds out about Ritsu's incestuous brother complex & trolls the hell out of him for it

4. Namco High
Characters: Davesprite, Cousin
I absolutely love Davesprite's route. Time loops are one of my fave tropes, and I also love the meta stuff, the thought-reading, the romance, and Davesprite's dumb angsty drama. You could do something that's more "in-universe," or if you want to really riff off Davesprite's game guide role and break the canon apart, I am totally here for all the meta shenanigans.
I have some more gen-ish prompts here, and either Cousin/Davesprite or more Davesprite-focused gen is cool. Of the supporting characters I liked Pac-Man the best.
If you write something where Davesprite escapes from the game it's okay if the end crosses over with Homestuck (though it doesn't have to) but I'd prefer the focus be on Namco High.
Some ideas:
-Davesprite tries out different meet-cutes on Cousin
-How to pass the time in Namco High when your route isn't chosen
-What happened after Namco High was taken offline
-Davesprite hacks the game from within
-Good End: They escape from the game together
-Psychological Horror Bad End: Davesprite losing his mind stuck in the endlessly looping game
-Interactive fiction would work really well for this fandom if you're into that!
